Consultative document on superannuation and life insurance - Volume 1

Volume 1 of the consultative document focuses on life insurance and superannuation as vehicles for saving. It outlines tax reforms designed to achieve neutrality of treatment between savings conducted in these and other forms.

It also provides further details on the tax changes for life insurance and superannuation that were announced in the Government's Economic Statement of 17 December 1987 (Annex 3). March 1988.
