Release of submissions on the Taxation and the not-for-profit sector issues paper

On 7 July 2025, Inland Revenue proactively released the submissions that were received on the officials’ issues paper Taxation and the not-for-profit sector (February 2025) in the interests of transparency.  The release includes a summary of the main themes that emerged from the consultation. All matters discussed in the issues paper are being considered further and could be subject to further consultation.
