New legislation enacted

Legislation introduced on 20 May 2013 in the Taxation (Annual Rates, Foreign Superannuation, and Remedial Matters) Bill has been enacted. The bill had its third and final reading in Parliament on 20 February and received Royal assent today. The resulting Act can be viewed at New Zealand Legislation.
