SOP to Taxation (International Investment and Remedial Matters) Bill released

The Minister of Revenue today released a Supplementary Order Paper to the Taxation (International Investment and Remedial Matters) Bill.  Supplementary Order Paper No. 5 makes minor drafting corrections to Budget 2010 and Budget 2011 legislation by updating some numbers and dates.  It also removes or modifies a small number of clauses in the Taxation (International Investment and Remedial Matters) Bill which have been superseded by similar clauses in the Taxation (Tax Administration and Remedial Matters) Act 2011.
