Legislation enacted

Legislation introduced in November in the Taxation (Base Maintenance and Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill has been enacted. It received Royal assent yesterday, having passed through its final stages in Parliament on 15 June. The resulting Taxation (Base Maintenance and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2005 is published here, courtesy of Legislation Direct.
