15 years of tax reform
In a speech last week to a Pricewaterhouse Coopers tax conference, Policy Advice Division General Manager Robin Oliver outlined the achievements of the last 15 years of tax reforms in New Zealand. The speech includes information on the changing composition of the NZ tax base since 1984, the amount of income tax collected from individuals, and the industry distribution of NZ's income tax revenue.
