Parental Leave and Employment Protection Amendment Bill
Enacted as the Parental Leave and Employment Protection Amendment Act 2016 on 17 March 2016.
The proposed changes in this Bill were originally included in the Employment Standards Legislation Bill. It was split by Supplementary Order Paper No 153 into these bills:
